Mano Po Legacy: Her Big Boss follows the bubbly, quirky, and hardworking Irene Pacheco (played by Bianca Umali). Irene finds herself stepping into the fast-paced corporate world as the personal assistant to Richard Lim (played by Ken Chan), an eccentric, cold-hearted perfectionist and strict boss running his family's business empire.
